Really nice fry pan!

I just bought this today and tried it immediately. With just a spray of some pam I cooked very lean teriyaki meat balls,medium rare. This pan sears very well and is a perfect size for preparing lots of different things. The lid fits very snug even though I really didn't need it for this dish. I soaked the pan immediately after cooking and the burned on teriyaki sauce cleaned off easily.

I got this covered pan to give as a gift. My bro requested a pan that was deep enough to fit a full eggplant or cauliflower cut up. He loves this and it is just perfect. It is good quality, perfect size and a great price. Love it!
