KitchenAid's Gourmet Essentials hard-anodized nonstick cookware offers long-term durability and outstanding performance. The handles are made of 18/10 stainless steel and housed in black silicone rubber, providing a soft, cool grip. The break-resistant, dome-shaped glass lids allow home chefs to watch their food cook without releasing heat, flavors, or nutrients. Its hard-anodized aluminum is twice as hard as stainless steel. It is oven-safe to 400 degrees F and comes with a lifetime limited warranty from KitchenAid. Use only low to medium heat.
