By Ben Zvan
The top of this pan is the same size as the one I was replacing, but the sides are sloped far more. That results in a smaller usable cooking area at the bottom of the pan. Not a big deal, but now I make smaller crepes. The nonstick surface is amazing though. I'm pretty sure even the butter was beading up.

By C. McDermott
Having tried numerous other brands of frying pans - all of which warped after a few uses, despite careful handling - I decided to try this Kitchen Aid. It is wonderful! It distributes the heat evenly; and, most important, it has a very heavy base that does not warp. I was a bit concerned that the handle would get too hot, but it doesn't. Even though expensive compared to other manufacturers, I feel it is worth every penny.
