Quality cookware at a good price

The 3 quart pot is a useful size and the stainless steel looks great and is easy to clean. I have only used the sleeve once but it works as advertised. Minor quibble-I wish the lid was curved, because when I am browning I like to transfer cooked food to the upturned lid until everything has been browned.I liked it so much that I also bought the 2 quart pot
