The best pie plate

This is the best pie plate I've ever owned. It is dishwasher safe and can be used for baking just about anything. The size is perfect for a deep dish pie. It is very easy to clean and so much better than any class or ceramic pie plate. It's well worth the money.

Sturdy, beautiful, and multifunctional!

This is such a beautiful pie dish! The cherry color is very warm, and suits my country kitchen well. I love that it's a bit larger than a standard pie dish, I adjust my recipes to be able to fill this up nicely. Now, I just bring this one large pie to family gatherings instead of toting along two standard sizes. Great for my chicken pot pies and quiches, too.I like to use it as a serving dish for grapes, cookies, finger foods, etc as well... I have also used it for seasoned flour to dredge chicken/pork chops in. It's nice, wide, and shallow, and works perfectly for that. So many uses beyond baking!

Bakes Pies Beautifully

Baked a deep dish apple pie with this pan. Albeit the cooking time was longer than usual, the crust was wonderfully baked and it was cooked perfectly. Would recommend this to all my friends who are serious pie bakers.
